Looking for a restaurant in Athens that serves authentic Greek food? Alysso is in Psyrri, one of the liveliest neighborhoods of the historic center, at Navarchou Apostoli 11 – a few minutes' walk from Monastiraki metro station and close to the Acropolis, Plaka and Thiseio.
Our kitchen is built on traditional Greek recipes and fresh ingredients. You will find classics such as moussaka baked in a clay pot, homemade stuffed vine leaves and octopus stifado, meat dishes such as lamb chops and slow-cooked lamb shank, and seafood such as grilled squid and sea bream. Mediterranean salads, pasta and risotto complete the menu, with vegetarian and vegan options too.
